T84 HMC

In April 1944, the Army Ground Forces approved the development of an 8-Inch howitzer motor carriage based on the chassis of the T26. The first pilot, designated as the T84, arrived at Aberdeen in February 1945. However, the T84 lost interest with the further development of the T93, which was deemed a superior vehicle.

This tank is essentially an elite version of the M40/M43, but with a worse front plate. It might also see some differences with its mobility and gun handling.
